POSITION SUMMARYWorld renowned beauty brand is seeking an experienced CRM Manager. Due to business growth and increased demand, this is an outstanding opportunity in a newly created role. You'll be responsible for optimizing lead-nurturing and retention campaigns and flows across email and SMS. You will help to drive more revenue and increase purchase frequency through segmented and personalized campaigns that connect the brand and its offerings with the customer audiences throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include:Create the CRM strategy for the brand for the b2b and b2c markets.Manage a small team of 2-3Plan, build, launch CRM campaigns (e-mail and SMS)Post analysis of campaigns to target areas of strength and weakness to improve subsequent email campaignsConceptualize CRM campaigns that engage our existing and prospective customers.Work cross-functionally to improve the layout of emails using best practices and proven email marketing and SMS tacticsDevelop and drive a long-term CRM strategy which consists of two mains tools (e-mail and SMS) to consistently improve performance and increase revenueManage email, SMS lists and life cycle of email subscribers, optimize list performance and scrub on a regular basis to manage costs and list efficiencyWork with the web development team to design new email layouts, A/B test, and constantly improve performanceMonitor and report email performance to the leadership team on a regular basis, use data to identify areas of improvement, and drive future CRM strategyStay up-to-date with current CRM industry trends and best practices and constantly bring new ideas to the table that will support the company's business goalsConduct in-house "beauty rep" market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behavior

Qualifications & Experience:Experience in lead generation, email marketing, SMS, audience segmentation, cohort analysis and marketing automation tools5 years of CRM experience that includes email campaigns that build brand loyalty, either working for an agency or a large Client/beauty customerFamiliarity with Klaviyo, Adobe PhotoshopProven experience creating high-impact, unique CRM campaignsAbility to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted contentDrive, ingenuity, and resourcefulnessBachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications a plus

Required Knowledge:Klaviyo (email platform), Google Analytics, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs and sheets.

Position will be remote and East Coast based

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + great benefits including 401K with company match
