Description

The Senior Intelligence Recruiter delivers innovative recruiting support to align with client business objectives and ensures expert delivery of recruitment services to clients and candidates.

Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify talent for the organization.Provide recruiting and sourcing support across multiple operations on contingent, proposal, and funded opportunities.Coordinate with Client Services team members to identify staffing needs.Design sourcing strategies for assigned positions and portfolios and notify Talent Acquisition Manager of strategy.Create and maintain staffing worksheets for assigned positions and portfolios that can be referenced by other team members.Conduct candidate screening calls and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.Design screening questions that reflect each position’s requirements.Provide ongoing status updates of sourcing activities, metrics, and candidates.Consistently hit performance targets and ensure that production metrics are in the top half of the team’s performance metrics.Ensure candidate data in the applicant tracking system is up to date and accurate.Schedule candidate interviews and follow up with hiring managers on candidate feedback.Coordinate with hiring managers to extend offer letters to qualified candidates.Seek creative solutions for building talent communities while optimizing use of available resources.Work with hiring managers to build talent pipelines for growth needs on their portfolio.Research and provide market data and business intelligence to support talent initiatives.Conduct research on talent acquisition market trends and host meetings to ensure knowledge transfer to all team members.Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communication with hiring managers, talent acquisition team members, and candidates.Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.Follow appropriate hiring activities to ensure company and legal compliance with employment practices, processes, policies, and applicable laws.Maintain employer branding initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseA bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field.Demonstrated experience supporting a talent acquisition team in a coordinator and sourcing role.7+ years of experience working as a full-life cycle recruiter.Demonstrated experience supporting the Intelligence Community.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.Knowledge of HR resources and tools.
