We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence and a proven track record in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and sustainability of improvement initiatives in line with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Drive the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing processes.Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Lead Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Coach and train team members in Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Work closely with the manufacturing team to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve productivity and efficiency.Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and food safety standards.Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and cultural change.Manage and execute projects using Six Sigma methodologies to improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry, preferably in the food manufacturing or grain sector.Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, Kaizen, and Process Improvement.Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and food safety standards.Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is highly desirable.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Willingness to travel as needed.Willingness to work onsite.
