Position PRN to assist with additional coverage for vacations, leaves and accessCoverage to be provided at both Cedar Rapids express clinics, and Cedar Rapids Urgent care clinicsProvide medical treatment for minor illnesses and injuresExcellent assessment skillsWork in a fast paced environmentProvide high quality care to all agesOffer select diagnostic testsPrescribe treatment, refer patients for follow up care, and educate patientsQualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantBoard Certified1-2 years of Family Medicine or Urgent care experience, as an advanced practitionerHold an unrestricted medical license in the state of IowaHold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practiceEligible to work in the United StatesPlease complete online application at www.practicewithunitypoint.org
