The clinical teams at the areas clinics are improving outcomes, lowering the number of hospital readmissions and reducing avoidable costs associated with treating chronic conditions. The UnityPoint Clinic team is known for excellence and quality patient care putting patients at the center of their care to provide the best level of health and well-being.Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient accessEstablished practice serving Fort Dodge and the surrounding communitiesCurrent state: partnership with urology group to provide 5 days of physician coverage per monthFuture state: recruit full-time urologist to the community to provide more access - continue urology partnership for support, mentoring, call backup and collegialityFull-time ARNP in the clinic 5 days per weekExperienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely wellFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordinationResponsibilities:
Average patients per day varies depending on clinic/OR schedule, approximately 20-25Inpatient consultsOffice procedures: bladder botox, bladder scope, prostate biopsy, stent removal, vasectomy, etc.Call requirement: 10 days per month, remaining days covered by Urology partnersProvide outreach services to community network affiliatesExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work as a team member and improve the health of the people and communities we servePatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentQualifications:
