subrogation
practice. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of solid litigation experience. This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package with one of the best benefits packages in the industry.RequirementsResponsibilities of the Litigation position:Propound and respond to discovery, handle law and motion practice, attend court hearing, take and defend depositions, including expert depositions, handle all motion practice, attend mediations, prepare for trialConduct discovery, including issuing subpoenas, conduct interviews, and review legal documentsNegotiate with opposing counsel to reach settlement agreementsDraft pleadings and other legal documents, such as motions and discovery requestsPrepare witnesses for court appearancesCommunicate with clients throughout the litigation process to keep them informed about the status of their cases and any new developmentsConduct research on legal issues associated with casesInterview witnesses, gather evidence, and interview experts to support the client’s caseDraft legal briefs and motions to be submitted to the courtPresent cases in court by arguing facts and citing laws to support the client’s positionQualifications of the Litigation position:Motivated with the desire to achieve top level resultsThe ability to work well with a team as well as work well independentlyRequired Experience of the Plaintiff Personal Injury positionMust have a minimum of 4 plus years’ of solid experience in litigation in State CourtsBenefitsCompensation:Competitive salary, bonuses and benefits -
Salary: Starting $165,000.00, base.Job Type:Full-time - Hybrid after 60 days
