Ideal candidate will have experience in cases involving hostile work environment, sexual harassment, discrimination. The attorney must be admitted and in good standing in California.Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions and other legal documentsHandle litigation matters from inception through trial, including taking depositions, attending mediations and settlement negotiationsMake independent decisions and advising clients on pre-litigation and litigation mattersWork with expertsLegal researchOther projects, as assignedQualifications:Motivated with the desire to achieve top level resultsThe ability to work well with a team as well as work well independentlyRequired Experience for the position:Must have a minimum of 4 plus years of solid experience in litigation in State courtsCompensation:Competitive compensationJob Type:Full-time - remote
