Responsible for providing support to the sales organization by acting as a brand expert and champion in the field in various capacities. Facilitates high-level product knowledge and professional development classes to employees at all levels at our retail partner stores and summits, acts as a brand ambassador and provides on-site support at B2B and B2C events, and hosts virtual education classes (BGTV).

HEAVY TRAVEL REQUIRED - APPROX. 75% OF TIME WILL BE VISITING CUSTOMERS WITHIN TERRITORY (INCLUDES OVERNIGHT TRAVEL AS NEEDED).

Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

Maintains up-to-date product knowledge Calls on retail partner stores to conduct high-level sales training seminars for retail sales associates in groups ranging in size up to 50+ persons. Will include both classroom and sometimes individual meeting formats. Follow up with individual one-on-one hands-on training, sparring and coaching Delivering effective, inspiring presentations both in person and sometimes via BGTV (Bedgear Television) or local media outlets Maintains a remote, self-maintained home office location for when not traveling on the road Attend company tradeshows and/or events at request of management to promote awareness of company and products Work in conjunction with our team of independent sales reps and sales management to create and support a cohesive presentation in order to convey a consistent brand message at the retail level Continuous monitoring, assessing, and updating of the training programs, processes, and materials as needed Maintain call reports and provide performance feedback from stores Assist in the onboarding of new and employees when applicable Create recorded training sessions for continued or refresher education classes Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older HS Diploma or GED Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension) Must have dependable personal vehicle with credible insurance coverage Must have home office with personal laptop Must be willing to participate in a bring your own device (BYOD) cell-phone program (stipend provided) Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office Must have a valid passport Weekend & retail holiday availability will be required on an as needed basis Education/Experience/License Requirements:

2+ years delivering presentations and consumer product training to large groups of people Background in education is a plus Must have a clean and valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation Mattress and bedding accessories experience preferable but not required. Experience working remotely Experience teaching sales techniques to others
