About the Position:Participate in all Bedgear warehousing functions in a safe, professional manner consistent with all processes and procedures. Provide uncompromising service to all Bedgear warehousing customers externally or internally in a swift, accurate, and professional manner. This position requires an intermediate understanding of warehousing best practices from physical and systematic receiving process, ensuring production materials are maintained at the appropriate stock levels, as well as picking finished goods orders with 100% accuracy while utilizing the warehouse management system RF scanners.
What's Expected (including but not limited to):Maintain all inventory within warehouse safely and accuratelyAbility to distinguish and pick all order types (B to B and B to C) at 100% accuracy to pick ticketEfficiently floor load finished good's cartons on full truck loads or containers to maximize cubic space.Perform inventory counts at a required accuracy rating based on current measurement techniquesEnsure that production area maintains stock levels to ensure work flow is not disruptedMove completed work orders from production area into finished goods inventoryComplete receiving condition report and validate received sku/carton countsMinimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or olderMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesHS Diploma or GEDMinimum of 3-4 years' experience in warehouse and distributionPrior experience handling a large number of SKU's (10K+)Knowledge of E-commerce shipping a plusHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-upRF scanner experience is a plus
