Mindful Health Solutions (MHS) is seeking?a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)?for our Roseville Clinic.Founded in 2008, Mindful Health Solutions provides comprehensive mental health care with innovative, evidence-based treatment options. At the core of our mission, we're a "patients first, insurance-based organization with accessible psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services.Responsibilities:
Coordinate with MHS clinicians and the Operations team about on-site clinical coverage for our Roseville clinic.Provide same-day (or within 48 hours) clinic appointments for all MHS patients in California who are not able to see their regular MHS clinician due to clinician absence or if they have an urgent question or concern that cannot be addressed by their regular clinician due to schedule constraints.In addition to psychiatric assessments and treatments, on-site clinical coverage includes Esketamine and TMS.Communicate proactively with MHS clinicians about patient care and treatment planning.

Qualifications:
PMHNP Board CertifiedActive and unrestricted California Medical LicenseAble to work with a variety of patient presentations with same-day psychiatric needs, initiate or change treatment plans appropriately, evaluate for acute safety/acuity and communicate proactively with MHS providersEnjoys working in a dynamic environment.Experience in emergency psychiatry or psychiatric urgent care preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholdersOrganized, motivated and confident in working in an urgent-care style settingComfortable working on a Telepsychiatry platformWillingness to be trained in the administration of Intranasal Esketamine
