Mindful Health Solutions (MHS) is seeking?full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)?for our San Francisco office.Founded in 2008, Mindful Health Solutions provides comprehensive mental health care with innovative, evidence-based treatment options. At the core of our mission, we're a "patients first, insurance-based organization with accessible psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services.Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations that include evaluation of mental status, current psychiatric symptoms and functioning, as well as psychiatric and other relevant health histories.Dedicate at least 50% of clinical hours to the esketamine program by administering esketamine, monitoring patients' progress, and providing supportive therapy. Extensive training will be provided.Monitor and continuously improve patient outcomes.Maintain timely and accurate charting of clinical encounters in an Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform.Accurately code clinical encounters with CPT and diagnosis codes.Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with patients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Master's degree (or higher) from an accredited psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program who have a CA state licenseAt least two years of experience working in an ambulatory mental health clinic or private psychiatric practiceExperience charting with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical records (EMR)
