We are currently seeking motivated individual to join our Service Team as a BDC Representative. This individual will be responsible to setting appointments for our service team and will work mostly through phone and email communication. Previous Automotive experience is not required. Make 100 calls/ have 20 live conversations per day to set appointmentsPromote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experienceWork closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC personnel to ensure service lead opportunities are accounted for, scheduled in a timely manner and appropriate notes are made in the CRMInteract with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunitiesComplete phone calls as assigned by the BDC ManagerAct as a member of the BDC team, which includes cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone prospecting rolesStay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customersAttend product and sales training as requested by BDCMaintain a professional appearance
