You will assign roles and responsibilities within your team by embracing and empowering your team members’ strengths, diverse backgrounds, interests, and learning styles to sustain a high-performing Growth Team that thrives internally and delivers positive results for its internal stakeholders and clients.Champion the development of RFPs/RFIs and Creds decks. Drive best-in-class client service by tailoring our responses to customized client needs. Ensure submissions are consistently showcased and delivered in a premium fashion.Lead proposals / SOWs development internally, in partnership with operations and finance leads.Drive expectations for senior-level reviews, ensure accurate timelines, and provide daily pitch updates.Develop winning pitch plans by collecting background information and cross-network information sharing. Responsible for understanding brands and clients’ expectations coincide with market trends, ensuring our positioning and offering are best-in-class.Ensure your team’s work coincides with dentsu's overarching team brand, strategy, processes, and methodology. You will ensure the team is well-grounded in the pitch process.Manage the day-to-day Growth Team, ensuring the team is running the pitch process to agency expectations and that the team is achieving designated tasks daily (such as backgrounders, database updates).You will keep the pitch team accountable to each other and to the story/solution we are solving. You will ensure the team is tracking towards long-term department goals and that team members are clear on personal growth goals and tracking towards them.Responsible for pitch meetings:Advise on how we build the chemistry meeting, including the storylineEstablish and support great chemistry across the core teamEstablish clear roles for everyone to shine and participate in the client meetingsEnsure the pitch team is listening to feedback and incorporating back into the processAdhering to schedulesAllowing ample time for rehearsalsMake sure issues are escalated early so they can be resolvedEnsure management is always up to date on all relevant pitch issuesQualificationsYou Have:Minimum 5 years working in digital marketing, media, or ad-tech industries and/or client-side marketing background with specific project/process management experienceBeen part of a successful pitch team within the last eighteen monthsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in new business processes and best practicesProficiency with MS Teams, Salesforce.com, project management tools, and conceptsEditing/editorial background (a plus)Leadership skills that nurture creativity and integration while ensuring top-of-the-line service and timely results.Four-year degree or equivalentsAdditional InformationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850.00. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
