The Human Resources intern will establish a positive relationship with associates and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in addition to assigned projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Assist in coordinating the ASCEND Internship Program alongside the Recruitment Marketing Specialist.
• Assist in auditing and updating employee document files.
Key Roles
• Assist and complete special projects accurately and as assigned including but not limited to wage benchmarking, training improvement, and employee recognition.
• Assist in coordinating employee appreciation events.
• Establish a positive relationship with team members demonstrating the ability to work with others in order to achieve company and department objectives.
• Handle multiple tasks, prioritize according to importance and follow instructions
