The Recruiter is responsible for achieving staffing objectives by utilizing multiple recruitment strategies and best practices when sourcing, screening, interviewing and guiding hiring managers through the selection process. This position collaborates with operations and human resources to determine the accuracy of vacancies, facilitates and maintains consistency within the selection process, closes offers and obtains required pre hire documentation while maintaining compliance with federal, state and local laws, licensing regulations and company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•At least two years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Management
•Prior experience establishing positive relationships with hiring managers
•Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment strategies and best practices, including the use of social media
•Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws as they apply to recruiting and hiring
•Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
•Have a track record of personal responsibility, strong work ethic, integrity, and high attention to detail
•Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
•Successful completion of the pre-employment process
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business related field
•Experience using Workday Recruitment
