Insight Global is seeking a Project Controls Lead in Marietta, Pennsylvania. The Project Controls Lead will report into the Lead Project Controls Director and work with the Program Manager at the site. You will operate as the single point of contact for a specific project. You will be responsible for managing project scope, risk management, and performance metrics for a single Capital Project. You will develop and maintain project schedules, ensure milestones are met on time and on budget, identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards through regular audits and reviews. Must have a strong understanding of financial rules related to Global Capital Projects and how to build a cash flow curve to ensure accurate forecasting and financial management. This role requires extensive stakeholder engagement candidate must have excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to communicate with the business stakeholders effectively and proactively.
