Job Description
We are searching for a nurse who can be on-call evenings, weekends and holidays our nursing team as needed with the following tasks:
Planning, coordinating and documenting on-call issues with clients.
Counsels the patient and/or family as needed.
Continually communicates any patient care issues that came up during on-call to office staff, Administrator and DON.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse Professional License, RN (required)
Valid CPR card (required)
Valid Driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
Clean background check (required)
Previous experience in home care (required)
This job is ideal for someone who :Enjoys working in a one-on-one setting
Is eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Has excellent oral and written English
Has good phone and communication skills
Has experience working in the home health industry
Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
Adaptable/flexible -
