Backed by private equity, we are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations (Head of Operations) to play a key role in driving operational excellence and shaping the future of our franchised brand.
Position Overview:
As the Head of Operations you will be a crucial member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our franchised locations. If you are a results-driven operations leader with experience in the family entertainment industry and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we invite you to be a part of our exciting journey.
Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's goals and drive excellence across all franchised locations.Franchise Performance: Collaborate with franchisees to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational guidelines, and the delivery of a consistent and high-quality guest experience.Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to manage operational budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance across all locations.Food and Beverage Excellence: Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards in quality, service, and profitability.Guest Experience: Champion a culture of exceptional customer service, implementing initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.Expansion and Development: Partner with the executive team to drive franchise expansion strategies, new location development, and acquisitions.Supply Chain and Procurement: Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee supply chain logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Private Equity Collaboration: Collaborate with private equity partners, providing regular updates, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a senior operations leadership role, preferably in the family entertainment or hospitality industry.Demonstrated success in overseeing multi-unit operations and franchise management.Financial acumen and experience working with private equity partners.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations within the entertainment sector.Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
