Responsibilities:

Lead sales efforts in all regionsProvide support and guidance to Regional Sales Managers and their staffAssist in developing and executing regional strategic sales plansIdentify new product opportunities and market penetration strategiesBuild effective partnerships with Operations and OEMs to support property loss preventionMentor and train Regional Sales Managers for successManage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunitiesHelp coordinate prospect listsCollaborate with Operations team to enhance sales strategiesDevelop partnerships with Technical Area Managers and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to improve sales processesMonitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide insights to company leadershipCollaborate with senior management and local FM Global leadership to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldAt least 10 years of related experiencePrevious front-line sales experienceKnowledge of FM Approvals is highly desirableExcellent managerial, organizational, communication, and presentation skillsProven cross-discipline knowledge and credibilityThorough understanding of the global industrial/commercial product testing and certification marketplace, competitors, and delivery channels
