Come work at the best place to give and receive care!?Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative psychiatrist to join our team at Foundation Behavioral Health Services, a leading inpatient facility for the greater-Nashua area offering comprehensive mental health care services. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in providing psychiatric care to patients across our inpatient, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients admitted to the 18-bed inpatient unit.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, for patients across all levels of care.Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to patients in the PHP and IOP programs.Collaborate with the treatment team, including therapists, nurses, case managers, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care for patients.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.Stay current with the latest advancements in psychiatric diagnosis and treatment through ongoing professional development.Participate in administrative duties as needed.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)Active medical license in the state of NH (or working towards)Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychiatric care in an inpatient or outpatient settingExperience with evidence-based practices and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered careExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with EPIC EMRWork Shift:36 patient contact/4 hours per week
