TopBuild has an exciting opportunity for an experienced national recruiter! The ideal candidate will be a natural networker and someone who is comfortable meeting new people, is a skilled storyteller, and has an eye for top talent. The role requires someone who is ambitious, organized, detail-oriented and is excellent at follow up.This experienced recruiter will join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our reach in the residential and commercial insulation markets. In this position, you will collaborate closely with field regional leadership and HR Business Partners to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier sales and senior operational talent who can drive growth and success in our installation and distribution business segments.This position will be based at either our corporate office or one of our branch locations, determined by proximity to the individual’s residence.Responsibilities

Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified sales and senior operations leadership talent.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract sales and operations leadership candidates with relevant experience in building products installation and/or distribution.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Utilize diverse sourcing methods – including online platforms, social media, industry events, and networking – to identify potential candidates.Provide a high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including salary recommendations.Communicate effectively with hiring manager/interview teams to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on recruiting efforts, the result of efforts, and continuously refine recruiting strategy as needed. Coordinate post interview debrief meetings.Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to remain competitive in attracting top talent.Network within industry and leverage multiple sources of talent to build a strong pipeline of national talent in sales and operations leadership.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field3-4 years full cycle recruiting and sales experience, preferably in the construction and building materials industryStrong understanding of the sales and operations leadership functions within building products industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively partner with different levels of leadership and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with various sourcing methods and toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesResults-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality candidatesKnowledge of relevant employment laws and regulationsProficiency in applicant tracking systems, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant softwareProven track record sourcing, interviewing, and hiring passive candidatesAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadlineSuccessfully deliver on all deadlines and execute successfully in a very fast-paced environmentExperience recruiting for a growing company strongly preferredAbility to cold-call and build relationships virtually.Travel Requirements
