Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Personal Injury Attorney on behalf of our esteemed client firm located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling bodily injury cases, particularly with a focus on Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Legal Representation: Provide effective legal representation for clients involved in personal injury cases, with a specific emphasis on bodily injury and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matters.Case Management: Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring timely and accurate progression through various stages of litigation.Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents applicable to personal injury and PIP cases.Client Interaction: Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.Court Appearances: Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations as necessary, representing clients with a high level of professionalism and legal expertise.Negotiations: Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.Collaboration: Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to leverage collective knowledge and resources for the benefit of clients.Qualifications
