They are looking for an attorney with at least 3 years of experience and excellent communication skills, preferably English/Spanish bilingual. $90,000 - $125,000 DOEResponsibilitiesManage all phases of litigation for personal injury cases, from initiation to resolution via court judgment, settlement, or trialDraft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions (especially discovery and dispositive motions), and pretrial filingsHandle discovery processes, responding to and propounding requests with precision and strategic insightConduct and defend depositions, ensuring thorough case preparation and attention to detailRepresent clients in court conferences, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedingsPrepare for trials, contributing to the firm's high settlement rate of casesCollaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal mattersMaintain regular client communication, upholding excellent client service standardsKeep abreast of legal developments and trends in personal injury and liability lawRequirements3+ years of litigation experience in personal injury law within FloridaActive membership in good standing with the Florida Bar AssociationJuris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law schoolDemonstrated ability to manage litigation cases independentlyStrong litigation skills, including persuasive argumentation and effective negotiationExcellent written and verbal communication skills for complex legal information synthesisProficiency in legal research and applying legal principles to case strategyBilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly preferredExperience or potential in business development and case marketingOrganized and proactive, capable of managing a significant caseload in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to the firm’s growthBenefits100% health premium coverage for employees100% dental coverage for employeesVision InsuranceLong-term disabilityLife insurance401k with 3% match and additional 401k with profit sharing10 days PTO6 days PSL8 paid holidaysChristmas-New Years offDiscretionary bonus potentialDon’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to work for an award-winning firm!
