Technology Consulting and Technology Transition Support is seeking a product owner who will manage multiple aspects of the Technology Consulting and Technology Transition Support product offerings including strategy, the product roadmap, technology, pricing, vendor management, advisor experience, marketing and business development. You’ll work closely with the Technology Consulting and Technology Transition Support Delivery Teams and collaborate with many other internal LPL partners to scale Technology Consulting and Technology Transition Support, to drive growth and increase advisor satisfaction.Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

Think and act like a business owner by taking deep ownership of your work, hitting deadlines with minimal/no oversight and constantly tracking and communicating project timelines, status, milestones and blockers.New Product Incubation:

You will work with cross-functional teams, including designers, delivery experts, and tech/engineers, to discover and solve hard customer and business problems. As the product leader your role in the team is to ensure that we design and develop a product that is desirable (solves a meaningful customer problem), viable (valuable for the firm to pursue), and feasible (can be delivered at scale).New Product Development:

You will define key development milestones and ensure delivery across each stage of new product development lifecycle. You will leverage data and customer insights to make decisions on the priority of the user stories in the product backlog and manage product roadmap by setting expectations with project team members, internal partners, leadership, and customers.New Product GTM & Launch:

You will work with leadership and key product stakeholders to develop product roadmap, product priorities, go-to-market plan, pricing strategy, and customer engagement strategy. You will be responsible for creating go-to-market plans in conjunction with Sales/Marketing partners and managing a cross-functional team to ensure successful launch. Set a vision for your product portfolio and lay the foundation to execute against.Customer & Market Insights:

You will bring structured customer insight to the team by using a mixture of market research, primary qualitative research (talking to customers!), quantitative research, and observed data of how customers engage with the product. You are the voice of the customer for the team but not the sole voice - you will create understanding and empathy throughout the team with your customers.Delivery & Acceleration Support:

You will build/coordinate/train teams to execute and deliver product through pilot, soft launch, and national launch. You will also be responsible for managing the transition of the new product to a full-time owner post-launch and may continue to collaborate with sales, marketing, product, delivery, operations, and technology to define and achieve near-term acceleration goals.What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience5+ years of experience in a product management, strategy, and/or delivery or equivalent experienceDemonstrated experience of end-to-end product discovery and delivery, including launching new products into market2+ years of experience working in financial services and/or some experience working with small businesses ownersCore Competencies:

This position can be remote or you can work out of one of LPL's offices in San Diego, Austin or Fort Mill, SC (near Charlotte). You should also expect some infrequent travel (3 or 4 weeks per year) for meetings at LPL's offices or conferences.Pay Range:

$132,080-$198,120/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
