The Growth Strategy team, part of LPL’s Business and Wealth Services Group is seeking a product manager who will be responsible for driving strategic business decisions in the development of our growth programs. Growth Strategy provides various support services to help enable advisors and enterprises to grow, manage and create efficiencies in their businesses.Responsibilities:
Determine customers' needs and desires through customer interviews, market research, competitive research and insights from our sales team to support the technology and service needs of our customers.Continue to ensure success of existing products.Take an innovative and agile approach to enhancing existing products partnering with customers, vendors and LPL technology including defining wireframes, functional specifications and user stories.Represent the voice of the business/customer in key stakeholder forums, influencing key decisions and outcomes.Work with Technology and Product teams to iteratively deliver key features and capabilities.Define mid and longer term product roadmaps and manage the development cycles with clear schedules, deliverables and milestones.Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.Build relationships with key stakeholders and broader organization.Ensure continued satisfaction of existing customers.Set a vision for your product portfolio and lay the foundation to execute against.Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to educate and evaluate benefits of products/services.Redesign the existing service to streamline the process and client experience.Oversee build and design of key communications and marketing deliverables.Build go to market plans for relaunch of the Professional Referral Network with goal setting and measurable outcomes.What are we looking for?

Bachelors degree.7+ years of professional experience within product management, product development, strategy, innovation or business analysis roles.Preferences:
MBA.Executive presence.Effective communication, presentation and writing skills.Detail oriented with insight to determine applicability of big picture analysis.Experience exploring market data and create strategic competitive analysis.Data driven, customer centric, able to find root causes and distinguish signal from noise.Previous experience working with digital development process in an agile environment a plus.Location and Travel
This position can work out of one of our offices (Fort Mill, SC, San Diego, Austin, Tempe, and Cleveland). Must be willing to travel some of the time for meetings at LPL's offices or conferences. Travel would be less than 20% of time.Pay Range:
$132,080-$198,120/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
