At 365, we are committed to supporting our customers and employee’s success!The Director of Product Management is a leadership role responsible for leading the team that manages 365 products and services. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, define the product roadmap and ensure successful product launches. Oversight includes the core 365 products that our customers and operators interact with daily (self-checkout kiosks, smart coolers, vending machines) along with various web-based management portals that drive the client and consumer experiences inclusive of tools used in the warehouse by the operator and their employees to run their business. You will lead a team that seeks to execute on developing products and features that delight our customers and allows 365 to maintain a highly desirable reputation as the gold standard in unattended retail technology. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Product Management at 365 Retail Markets.ResponsibilitiesDynamic leader with a passion for leading teams in research, design, innovation, and deployment of new/existing products that position 365 Retail Markets as the leader in foodservice and adjacent industries.Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and support in the development and execution of their product roadmaps.Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product management team.Work closely with the executive team to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.Identify target markets and methods to gain access into those markets, develop ways and means of enhancing the value of existing products, promote new product development, and capture new project requirements organically.Empathy for customer pain points and the ability to listen when needed and speak/present to demonstrate a true and complete understanding of the root cause of the problem you are solving.Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products on a regular and ongoing basis and present those findings to 365 management. Regularly perform pricing and competitive analysis by customer channel and recommend strategies to improve market position, improve quality and/or reduce costs.Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing and Support teams to provide product knowledge support and collaborate on improvements that would positively impact the revenue, product awareness and/or lessen the need for support.Manage total accountability of the product portfolio and oversee execution of mid-office operations, design appropriate KPIs, and manage the business according to those approved KPIs.Establish and maintain relationships with operators, business partners and vendors to help facilitate business execution.Experience deploying solutions in the field and/or working in the foodservice industry a plus!Other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Product.RequirementsBachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Engineering, or a related area; MBA is a plusProven experience in Product Management with at least 8-10 years of experience, including leadership roles.Experience with managing/understanding software life cycle; agile methodology preferredDemonstrated success in bringing products to marketStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities autonomouslyAble to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments, business partners, and employees in a team-oriented environment with a customer-service orientationAdaptive style that supports and promotes collaboration, teamwork, and innovation, and an ability to act and react swiftly to continuous changeThinks critically about existing processes and opportunities, generates bold, creative ideas, and exhibits problem solving, process improvement, analysis, and quick decision makingSupport and lead implementation of new business policies and projects in a timely and efficient mannerComfortable with hybrid work scheduling - 3 days in office a week
