Description

Everi is looking for talented candidates to join our Full Service Kiosk team! This position is responsible for managing our software development projects using Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy being engaged and an important contributor to several parts of the business.

This is a hybrid position located in Las Vegas. This person will be working out of our Amigo & Warm Springs office three days per week.

What Will You Be Doing?

Responsible for managing products through the software delivery lifecycle, running release and sprint planning, end to end project scope, and daily standup meetings; ensures products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Serves as process coach, assisting project teams in following defined scrum values and practices in support of full productivity and functionality; continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes, quality, and productivity.Manages, resolves, escalate, and communicate delivery blocks, risks, issues, and changes associated with product development initiatives.Responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting on project status, delivery dates, and other project related KPI's.Serves as subject matter expert in product meetings, provides ongoing SDLC project status updates to stakeholders, and participates in establishing agreement building techniques.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or equivalent work experience in product development.3+ years of experience managing software development projects as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.Able to facilitate scrum to the larger team by ensuring scrum framework, values, and practices are followed.Able to coordinate and communicate with stakeholders from different teamsExcellent Verbal and Communication skillsGood understanding of Software Development Life Cycle

Nice to have's:

Experience in running Agile teamsScrum Master CertificationPMP or Six Sigma CertificationKnowledge of Everi productsExperience using Azure DevOps

$83,000 - $102,000 annually .
