Annexus has forged relationships with many of the industry's leading insurance carriers and the world's largest investment banks.We seek a Vice President of Life Sales who is a proven sales leader in the Life product space.Role and Responsibilities:
Extensive life insurance distribution experience and team managementLeadership of the team with effective communication and management skillsAbility to leverage sales data and analytics to make informed decisions with a track record of leading sales teams with proven sales resultsCapable of building and maintaining relationships with sales team and distribution partnersMust show a strong understanding of the use/value of life insurance in a financial planPossession of motivational skills and the ability to inspire sales team for sales resultsResilience and adaptability is criticalResults driven mindsetAbility to create a positive and collaborative work cultureRequirements:
2+ years' experience in leading sales teams that wholesale insurance productsPreferred but not necessary: Life Licensed, Professional Life Designations, NASD Series 6 or 7; Series 63, 24, and 65Annexus thrives on a performance-based culture, attracting individuals with a positive and proactive mindset driven to elevate and amplify our sales efforts.
