Retain and grow business by servicing and managing client and prospective client relationships through collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve client satisfaction, and drive new business opportunities.

Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage and retain existing book of business and pursue new opportunities including a specific business plan for growth through networking, referrals, and cross-selling. Establish, cultivate and manage customer relations with client and prospective decision-makers; as well as professional relationships with carrier partners, and internal resources throughout the organization. Plan and direct renewal process for health and life coverages. Recommend the most appropriate insurance solutions, alternative strategies, plan modeling and cost reduction opportunities. Ensure renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance requirements are documented into the agency management system.

Valid Health, Accident and Life Insurance Producer license in good standing.Proficient knowledge of insurance coverages, contracts, and state regulations where business is conducted.Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher.Proficient knowledge in use of office equipment (including but not limited to copy machines, printers, faxes, binding machine, etc.)10+ years progressive experience in account management or sales.This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are requirements of this position.
