** Tradeshow and Event Specialist****Job Category****:** Sales **Requisition Number****:** TRADE01477 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description**CastleBranch is looking for a Tradeshow and Event Specialist to coordinate and manage tradeshows and events. As a Tradeshow and Event Specialist you will be working closely with our Sales and Communication team to ensure successful execution. Successful candidate in this role will proactively research and provide recommendations for tradeshows based on our go to market strategies and market verticals. Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and measuring ROI on all meetings, tradeshows, and events. Success in role will be measured with the versatility to organize tradeshows or events for many different locations and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.**Scope of Services:*** Collaborating cross functionally with teams and organizers to define the strategy and event requirements* Proactively research relevant events and trade show opportunities and present recommendations to Sales leadership* Ensure that the highest standards of trade show planning and delivery are maintained through the effective management of ensuring consistency and standardization on delivery of all trade shows* Coordinate show contracts and event relationships, negotiates and manages supplier network for exhibit necessities* Handle event logistics including venue specifications, packing, shipping/receiving materials, items, marketing materials, etc. needed for tradeshow and event* Arranging travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings for tradeshow attendees* Determines appropriate equipment and products needed for the exhibit based on size and audience* Work with Communications to promote the show through marketing channels such as social media, emailers, and advertising campaigns. Ensure brand guidelines are met and up to date for each event* Manage inventory for national events including booths, promotional materials and marketing materials* Purchase and ship raffling items for tradeshow or event. Provide travel packet for Account Executives that are attending* Lead communication to the staff and internal teams on event logistics. Including: pre-show meetings, daily recaps, and posts show results* Enter leads into CRM system and follow up survey for staff* Prep event planning documentation pre-show and post-show statistics.* Provide periodic progress reports to management for each tradeshow or event* Create and manage project plans; track timelines and process across multiple stakeholders to keep projects on budget and on time* Coordinate with all departments that will be needed to execute on the tradeshow or event by creating and maintaining checklists for each department* Manage and facilitate internal trade show role play which includes set up and breaking down of booths* Seek additional branding opportunities during time of tradeshow or event* Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting spending; including annual budgeting on a bi-weekly or monthly basis* Develop and maintain tradeshow databases and project spreadsheets for coordinating and tracking projects throughout their lifecycles; maintaining timely and effective communications with team members and stake holders* Keep detailed schedule of events calendar including quarterly outlines of trade shows effectiveness, adjustments needed, etc* Other duties as assigned**Top Skills/Experience:*** Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience* Experience in targeting, planning, budgeting, implementation, booking, and evaluation of tradeshows* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word required), Adobe Creative Suite experience will be a plus* Adaptable, quick learner with great problem solving and time management skills* Excellent listening and communication skills including the ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally* Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team* Strong organizational and time management abilities with talent to coordinate multiple projects and priorities* Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally**What will set you apart:*** Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help teams succeed* Robust planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment* Drive for continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility**Whats in it for you | THE BENEFITS*** Competitive Pay.
