Description

As the in-house Trade Show Events Manager, you will provide tradeshow planning, program management and operational expertise for in-person, hybrid, and digital/virtual tradeshows and events of all sizes as well as corporate events, partner conferences and sales meetings. You've managed events from industry-trade shows to virtual. You understand how events and experiential marketing can be integral to the marketing plan to drive both brand and product brand awareness. You think specifically how events can be a valuable source of leads and how to attract relevant customers to hear about our products. You love working cross-functionally with sales and marketing to create high impact messaging and call to actions that drive traffic. You're an innovator and an optimizer, never afraid to try something new and always looking for ways to up your game.

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm, onsite in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Function as team leader on multiple assigned events

• Develop accurate budget forecasts, manage budget tracking and reconciliation

• Develop and maintain event documents: project plan, timeline, budget, planning decks

• Manage logistics, including event space, agenda planning, meeting room sets, menu selection, decor, signage, collateral, and transportation

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to set up and manage event registration

• Facilitate vendor negotiations, contracts and manage vendors throughout the planning process

• Work with vendors on exhibit design

• Oversee on-site deployment and management of all booth activities, auxiliary events, speaking sessions and training of staff

• Assist with session development, including speaker invitations and tracking, session selection, and collecting presentation materials

• Work in conjunction with marketing team to manage all audio-visual and production requirements and execute creative initiatives for tactical marketing across social, web, e-mail, packaging, video and print channels.

• Manage post-event reconciliation, reporting, and debrief process

• Assist in other marketing-related activities as needed.
