is seeking talented and outgoing individuals to join our successful team as a Service BDC Representative. You will be responsible for handling service department calls, emails and leads while maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base. Full training available. Great opportunity! ResponsibilitiesServe as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.Contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times.Take incoming service calls.Schedule service appointments.Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet the goals of bringing customers into service department.Attend training as requested by manager.Follows script and instructions from a supervisor.Requirements
Previous customer service experienceExcellent team player with collaborative attitude and eagerness to grow professionallyPleasant, engaging, professional phone mannerAbility to multi-taskWilling to learn and be driven to achieve goalsStrong PC and internet skillsMaintains professional appearanceAbility to follow instructions and receive feedback from supervisor and managersInteract effectively and professionally with co-workersUnderstand and follow company policy and proceduresAutomotive dealership experience a plusMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be authorized to work in the U.S.A.Must pass pre-employment background checks and screenings
