CHIEF ESTIMATOR - Multiple DisciplinesOur Chief Estimator will experience a challenging and growth-focused work environment. Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of estimatorsAssist divisions in assessing bid opportunitiesInnovative and creative approach to building projectsRisk analysisCoordinate estimate development with the project teamConduct bid review and ensure estimate productivity and accuracy goals are metParticipate in pre-bid meetings and site tours as neededCoordinate Quantity Take-OffsPrepare and submit estimates in compliance with contract documentsComplete understanding of the plans, specs and scope of workMaintain HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job SystemsMentor and Supervise Project Estimators with:RFP’s to subs and vendorsSubcontractor and Vendor quotes reviewPrepare and attend project hand-off meetingParticipate in CMAR, JOC, Design-Build Proposals/ProjectsOther duties as assigned or required by management
