Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs Account Executive, your role is critical in managing and growing relationships with key clients, providingexceptional service, and delivering customized solutions that meet their evolving needs. Your work has a significantimpact on client satisfaction, revenue growth from new prospects and upselling, and overall business success. Yousupport employers and provide critical benefits that protect employees’ well-being and financial security. Yourexpertise in navigating the complex landscape of healthcare benefits is crucial for employers who rely on you tostay compliant with regulations and industry best practices. You consult regularly with clients to review claims andutilization data. During annual renewals, you work closely with employers to design and evaluate benefit packagesto ensure budget alignment and goodness of fit. You coordinate market selection for new and renewal businessand help employees gain access to critical benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, lifeinsurance, disability insurance, etc. You develop and maintain positive working relationships with carriers, payrollcompanies, vendors, and other providers, including overseeing resolution of issues for clients. You partner withConsultants and Advisors to present how our Core Values guide our service model to new prospects to help themcreate new client relationships.Your knowledge-sharing is a critical component in the mentoring and development of junior account managers andaccount administrators by providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them improve their skills andperformance.RequirementsYou’ve received your bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, healthcare, or related field andyou’ve spent over five years in an employee benefits brokerage role. You hold a life and health insurance license orwill within 90 days of hire. You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and Outlook. You are also proficient with Adobe and CRM systems.
