Featuring complete aircraft nose-to-tail, value-added offerings, including Aircraft & Component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services (MRO), Aircraft & Engine Sales and Leasing, Used Serviceable Material (USM) Sales and Parts Exchange, Flight Equipment Asset Management Services, internally developed aircraft and component modifications (engineered solutions) designed to enhance aircraft performance and operating economics (e.g. AerSale, AerTrak and AerAware).For more information, visit us at www.aersale.com.What we Offer:Medical Insurance100% Employer Paid Dental, Vision, Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance401K with Employer ContributionEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Education Reimbursement (related field)Employee Referral Program and Recognition ProgramPaid Holidays and 15 Days of Paid Time OffEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our applications.Prepare datasets for model training and evaluation by analyzing and pre-processing data.Troubleshoot and debug machine learning models as needed.Analyze valuable data sources to uncover trends and patterns.Evaluate model performance metrics and optimize models to achieve best performance.Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms.Participate in Agile development, including Scrum meetings and Jira for task tracking.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.Education and Experience:Requires a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.Two to four (2-4) years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related role.Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and concepts (Regression, Classification, Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Deep Neural Networks, Feature Engineering, etc.)Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Matplotlib, Leras) or R (dplyr, ggplot2, caret, xgboost).Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experienced understanding preferred.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, including Scrum and JiraKnowledge of vector databases for efficient data storage and retrieval preferred.Experience with use of the ChatGPT API for integration into applications preferred.Skills and Abilities:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.Physical Requirements:Requires prolonged periods of sitting at desk.Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.Lifting requirements 10lbs.
