Responsibilities
Provide counseling and support on compliance, litigation, and employment-related mattersOversee company compliance with laws and regulations in our HR outsourcing servicesEducate and advise human resources account managers on legal complianceAct as the initial point of contact for client and vendor contractsManage and oversee corporate licensing activitiesSupport corporate governance activitiesMaintain a high level of confidentiality and discretionQualifications
