What the Associate General Counsel will do:The Legal Department's Associate General Counsel is in charge of managing a number of fairly routinely allocated legal projects and reports directly to the Executive General Counsel.Associate General Counsel Duties:
Offer legal advice on a range of topics;Ensure legal goals are reached;Stay current on legislative changes that may have an impact on the business and its affiliates;Litigate First-Party insurance litigation;Develop oral and written guidance and deliver suggestions to management while conducting legal research and investigating fairly regular claims and defenses;Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda for the general counsel;Additional tasks as assigned.Requirements of the Associate General Counsel:
