Help us revolutionize product strategy and development! This role provides an opportunity to drive data-driven business plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver innovative products aligned with market needs and company vision.Job Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Translate insights into actionable strategies.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytical tools and metrics to make informed decisions. Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously optimize and enhance the product offering.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to drive product development from conception to launch.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with key partners.Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to sunsetting, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.User-centric focus: Champion a user-centric approach, understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling product features and enhancements.Job Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent work/industry experience7+ years proven experience in high-tech business management, product management or marketing which includes some combination of forecasting and budgeting, product and/or business strategy determination, market research, pricing analysis and/or product development.Experience in data operations and/or residential real estate industry highly desirable.Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experienceAnalytical skills with an understanding of statistical models and how they are used in a product solution.Advanced knowledge of MS Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to assess product opportunities through market research and client feedback to develop market sizing, pricing, costing and ROI analysisExperience with project development methodology (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Extreme) preferredNegotiation skillsData analysis skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Presentation skills to present to and persuade large and diverse audiences.Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with tools and methodologies specific to the product line(s) assigned.Experience managing products involving large scale data-driven applications.Annual Pay Range
