Job DescriptionJob Duties

Primary functions are focused around utilizing Salesforce and other internal or external tools to pay data vendors and channel partners.Provide analysis of invoices received and payments requested when needed. Works with other departments when necessary to create new Vendors.Reviews transaction data to identify potential billing errors on the part of data vendors. Works closely with corporate teams to ensure that all invoices are paid in a timely manner to ensure that we remain in good standing with all vendors/partners.Under guidance of management (supervisor/lead/Senior Leader), user should develop and manage the daily relationships between other internal support teams, i.e. Accounts Payable, Data Management, Billing as well as vendor contacts when needed.Act as a liaison with business departments to implement process improvement.Assist more experienced team members with gathering information and seeking out and identifying opportunities, and business process definition by defining and documenting processes and procedures.Document business processes, training needs and procedures, and communicate existence of new process.Gathers information on business process and procedures.Receives/identifies problem or process, researches alternatives, contributes to presentations, tests to confirm, and participates in implementing solutions for defined business processes.Assists in creating documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.Generates standard reports.Job Qualifications

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate.Intermediate understanding MS Office: Excel.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven, somewhat technical environment.Accounts Payable experience a plus.BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.0–2 years of experience.Good written and oral communication skills.Standard MS skill set.Annual Pay Range
