Analyst, Property Platform Localization

McLean, VA.Eclaro’s client is an industry-leading managed service provider that works with multinational hospitality clients to enable an integrated approach to analyze and manage external talent on a global basis. Support the customization of Client's property management platforms to ensure full compliance with local legal requirements.This includes both the initial localization for new countries that Client enters, and the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of property management platforms in countries where Client already operates.Act as an important liaison between the regional business teams and the global technology organization.Will work closely with regional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze legal requirements and translate these into functional requirements for the delivery team.Participate in the software delivery process by supporting the engineering and testing teams in delivering solutions in line with the initial requirements.Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze country-specific legal requirements to determine their impact on Client's property management platforms.Convert business requirements into functional requirements and hand these over to the engineering and testing teams for delivery.Oversee the delivery of localization capabilities to ensure on-time delivery.Review test cases to confirm adequate test coverage, and validate test results.Hand over newly developed localization capabilities to other technology and business groups to allow for proper implementation and support.Manage the pilot implementation of new localization capabilities.Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders across the business and technology.Proactively seek to expand current knowledge of Client's technology capabilities.Identify areas of risk and cross-functional dependencies from conception through delivery.Required Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with varied audiences.Ability to obtain strong working knowledge of current and future technology capabilities.Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence to motivate and influence others.Demonstrates the highest standards of ethical behavior.Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement actions required to achieve goals.Adapts willingly to change.Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple and concurrent demands.Required Qualifications:
High School Degree.Three (3) years of professional work experience in Hospitality.Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role managing business requirements).Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.Experience:
It would be helpful to demonstrate the following:Two (2) years of professional work experience in a multinational company.Experience with property management systems, i.e., Opera, OnQ PM, HotelKey.If hired, you will enjoy the following Eclaro Benefits:
