Marketing Project Coordinator

Purpose:
This on-site position exists to work cross-functionally with marketing teammates and business stakeholders to align and prioritize projects for successful, timely completion.
Essential Functions
Establish & track projects/tasks in project management software to ensure progress and completion of projects.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Align tasks across various marketing disciplines and cross-departmentally.
Prepare and present status reports.
Support marketing team as needed.
Experience / Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations, marketing or business preferred.
Project management software experience required. (Preferrably in Asana, Wrike or Basecamp and/or ProjectPlace.)
Prior RV industry experience is preferred.
Necessary Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently.
Proven project management skills.
Critical thinking ability, problem solving sensitivity, inductive reasoning, and problem solving skills.
Strong communication, collaboration & relationship building skills are required to drive success (including writing, speaking, listening, influencing, and managing through ambiguity).
Flexibility to move across different projects as needed.
Must display professionalism in all interactions and the ability to maintain a positive attitude through periods of adversity and disagreement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Must comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
Work Requirements
This position may require sitting, standing, and working in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 75% of the day.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, or crouch; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 20 pounds.
This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours & days worked (including Saturdays, as needed).
Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
