is currently recruiting a compassionate and driven Community Relations Director for our Oaks at Douglasville Community in Douglasville, GA. We are looking for a professional who has a passion for working with seniors and their families. This is a great sales and marketing position that can positively impact the lives of many seniors and their families.

Management inspires team members to excel, rewards for excellence and creates a work environment where all are trusted and empowered with a sense of ownership. Responsibilities include:
Market community to local referral sources by building mutually rewarding relationships
Develop and implement an effective marketing plan to include referral source building, internal community events and advertising campaigns
Be a resource to families and older adults as it relates to life changes and senior housing
Maintain budgeted census
Assist older adults and families with the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition and welcoming experience
Eagerness to learn and grow with a true passion to work with older adults and their families is required. Ability to make others smile and improve their quality of life is just one of many rewarding aspects of working at Oaks at Shiloh Point.
