Salary: $62,000 - $64,000 base salary plus monthly marketing bonuses!! (Realistic salary with bonuses $90,000+) The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. There will be many different people to meet and work with. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above. Responsibilities include: Take action through strong initiative and self-direction Achieve results with and through people Build and maintain positive relationships with local referral sources Travel to referral sources and organizations within the local community Manage the inquiry, admissions and discharge process Maintain the marketing database Create marketing plans and conduct presentations to community groups Coordinate tours of the community and achieve all census goals. Qualifications include:
1-3 years of marketing experience, or a successful sales background in the long-term health care industry An Associate’s degree from an accredited university is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Valid driver’s license. IntegraCare's mission is to "
