Landmark Hospitality is looking for a passionate Event Stylist (Wedding & Event Sales Manager) to join our team!

Landmark Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, that owns and operates unique and iconic venues such as the Liberty House, Hudson House, Stone House, the Ryland Inn, Boathouse, Village Hall, Farmhouse and Felina in New Jersey. We also have operate iconic, unique venues in Pennsylvania such as Hotel Du Village, the Logan Inn, and Durham Springs. The ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment as well as being a true hospitality professional is essential. Experience with working with prospective brides and corporate clientele is a major plus.

Wednesday through Sunday work availability is a must.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL

Must have 5+ years Event selling experience in a upscale, fine dining event spacesMust be passionate about event selling and hospitalityMust have experience and/or knowledge of event management driven software such as TripleseatMust be proficient in MS Office (word, excel, etc)Personable demeanor and ability to deliver memory-making hospitable serviceExcellent time management and communication skillsSales skills and ability to build productive business relationshipsAbility to manage multiple projects independentlyAbility to communicate effectively and eloquentlyAbility to work with and collaborate effectively with third party vendors to execute events per the clientProfessional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed guest's expectationsAbility to work in an ever-changing environmentAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentStrong work ethic and client-focused approachAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be passionate and dedicated to successESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet with potential clients and gather information for their special dayShowcase the event spaces and provide venue information so the guest is enticed and envisions their special day with usPlan, design, and produce the eventManage all project delivery elements to ensure all deliverables are metCommunicate proactively with clients to identify their needs and to ensure guest satisfactionConduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any dealsProvide feedback and periodic reports of events to managementAbility to lead and manage Event staff to ensure event preparedness and executionEnsure seamless and timely execution on the day of the eventFollow up on prospective clientele following appointments to continue engagementAdapt to venue changes, guest needs, and management directionFollow all company policies, procedures, and guidelinesConsistently report to scheduled shifts on timeWork ethicallyPerforms other duties and responsibilities as per business needCommissions: Potential additional earnings up to $20,000 annually (Dependent on Client Bookings & Events)
