As a

Business Development Consultant,

you will be

responsible for marketing and selling Growth by Design (GBD), Credit Union Vendor Management (CUVM), and our Affiliates Consolidated Services (ACS) group offerings to produce revenue and growth objectives.

As a

Business Development Consultant , your role involves developing and executing a growth plan and orchestrating coordinated events to promote GBD, CUVM, and ACS products and services. Serving as both a process expert and a sales and marketing consultant for new and existing clients, you'll actively identify and recruit new clients and markets, utilizing lead generation and new sales techniques to expand business reach and achieve minimum weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals through effective networking. A

Business Development Consultant's

responsibilities include assisting customers in determining their needs, crafting solutions from ACS product and service offerings, and presenting proposals for products and services. This entails securing new and renewing existing contracts, arranging delivery dates, and managing the details required for successful sales closures. Furthermore, you'll stay informed on all GBD, CUVM, and ACS products and services, along with broader industry information, while maintaining meticulous records on all phases of activity. This includes documentation, problem tracking to identify trends, and updating Salesforce with relevant credit union information, such as product details, key contacts, and visit notes. As a

Business Development Consultant , you will provide regular written and verbal status reports to management to support them in the development of new or improved products and services. Your assistance will be crucial in researching and resolving customer problems and needs and culminating in recommendations based on thorough research and resolution.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a management-related business field preferred.

2-5 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving goals.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Schedule:

In the role of

Business Development Consultant,

the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional commitments during evenings and weekends.

Onsite presence in the office is required for a specified number of days , and moderate travel is expected. Travel arrangements may involve both airline and car transportation, and possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory. The offered salary for this position is $55,000 or more, contingent on experience.
