Job Summary:
The Sales BDC Representative will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads/outbound sales, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as the first point of contact for customers.

Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experienceInteract with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used cars sales presentationsWork closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRMComplete phone calls as assigned by the BDC ManagerAct as a member of the BDC team, which includes cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting rolesConduct sales department service toursStay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customersAttend product and sales training as requested by BDCAttend sales meetingsRequirements :
No car experience or education neededSufficient reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsStrong writing skills to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, advertising copyPresentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general publicMathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumeAbility to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formClean driving record & valid driver's license
