As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Principal DevOps Engineer to lead our DevOps practices and capabilities, with a focus on F5 technologies.Position Overview:

As a Principal DevOps Engineer specializing in F5 technologies, you will be a technical leader responsible for overseeing the design, creation, and adoption of DevOps practices and capabilities across the organization. You will define and implement systems, standards, and processes to ensure efficient and scalable deployment of F5 solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our DevOps practices.Responsibilities:

Lead the design, creation, and adoption of DevOps practices and capabilities, with a focus on F5 technologies.Define organizational standards and best practices for DevOps, ensuring alignment with industry standards and cybersecurity requirements.Orchestrate strategies across teams and departments to ensure systems are built to meet the requirements of diverse teams such as engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.Evaluate and select specific tools, platforms, and technologies to support DevOps practices, with a focus on F5 solutions.Direct cross-functional collaboration with leaders in software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and analytics to drive alignment and integration of DevOps practices.Envision and lead the development of advanced automated processes for deploying F5 solutions across on-premises and cloud systems.Define and reinforce standards for cybersecurity and software quality, ensuring seamless integration into organizational processes.Lead enterprise-level projects and large-scale initiatives related to DevOps, contributing to long-term organizational planning and intricate problem solving.Mentor and guide engineers and colleagues across teams and departments, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.Minimum of [X] years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Systems Engineer, with a focus on F5 technologies.Extensive knowledge of F5 BIG-IP platform, including LTM, GTM, ASM, and APM modules.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and orchestration.Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing.Benefits:
