JOB DUTIESYour role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential referral sources, generating lasting connections and proactively seeking ways to meet stated goals. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working independently. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with community providers as well as working closely with our existing Business Development Rep and Admissions Team.Full time position (M-F, 9-6) based at our outpatient office located in North FresnoApproximately 15-25% travel requiredCompetitive salary, depending on experienceBenefits : Medical, dental, vision, and 401kSick time, paid holidays, and two weeks' paid time offAdvancement opportunitiesKEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESNetworks with hospitals, psychiatrists, therapists, and treatment centersContacts potential referral sources through cold calls and emailsPresents our company to potential referral sourcesIdentifies referent needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesBuilds long-term trusting relationships with referral sourcesProactively seeks new business opportunities in the marketCoordinates meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and CEOReports to the VP of Strategy&Integration on monthly sales resultsIdentifies and develops marketing strategiesRequirements:
COMPETENCIESProven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar sales-generating roleHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold callsTrack record of achieving sales quotasExperience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)Familiarity with MS Excel & ability to analyze data, spreadsheets, and chartsUnderstanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentations and build rapportBS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field desiredPOSITION REQUIREMENTSREQUIREMENTSObtain a health clearance form from a medical provider.Obtain a negative tuberculosis screening.Valid Driver’s License.Ability to lift/carry 20 pounds.Ability to engage in frequent computer work.
