As the Operations Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and supporting our long-term strategic vision. From interacting with visitors, clients, and employees to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, you'll be the face of our studio environment, embodying stellar organizational skills and a personable attitude.
What You'll Do:
- Streamline AP, AR, payroll, and studio finance processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.- Assist in project budgeting, tracking, and financial analysis.- Facilitate studio-level onboarding, communication, and event planning.- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with employment laws and regulations.- Handle multiple tasks independently with a strong attention to detail.
Who You Are:
- A flexible professional with a background in finance/accounting and a knack for problem-solving.- Dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and promoting diversity and inclusion.- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and eager to learn new tools.- Experienced in handling competing priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.- 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in accounting.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes.Benefits
