As an Assistant Prevention Specialist Intern, you'll work closely with Prevention Specialists to provide information to coalitions, assist in leadership and guidance for coalition work, attend required trainings, collect data, and maintain records. Your role will also involve assisting with grant writing, program development, and social media tasks. Join us in creating and maintaining coalitions, promoting community outreach, and adhering to program policies.

Enrolled in a bachelor's program or in progress bachelor programInternship Requirements:
Provide proof of participation or enrollment in collegeSuccessful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglectCompletion of Intern orientationAdditional Qualifications:
Knowledge of confidentiality laws governing substance abuse and mental health treatmentAbility to establish rapport with client populationExcellent verbal and written communication skills
